Complimentary returns

At SilverChains, we offer complimentary 30 day returns, so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, minus the actual cost of shipping and handling. Items received within 31-60 days of the day of customer’s receipt may be accepted and, if accepted, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We are unable to accept or process any returns received by us after 60 days from the date of customer’s original receipt of the item. Returns are not accepted for any items that have been sized, altered in any manner by another jeweler, or sold as non-returnable. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We take pride that our quality of jewelry is sourced with exceptional standards.
