Refund Policy
30 day returns
We offer 30 day returns, so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, minus the actual cost of shipping and handling. Items received within 31-60 days of the day of customer’s receipt may be accepted and, if accepted, will be subject to a twenty five percent restocking fee. We are unable to accept or process any returns received by us after 60 days from the date of customer’s original receipt of the item.
Returns are not accepted for any items that have been sized, altered in any manner by another jeweler, or sold as non-returnable. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. We take pride that our quality of jewelry is sourced with exceptional standards.
Making returns & exchanges simple
Simply email us at sales@silverchains.com for a return or exchange authorization number - this is a unique number that we can use to track and identify your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of the returned merchandise. The cost for your original shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Exceptions
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and this pertains to items with obvious signs of use as well as any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it should be in the original packaging. Please note that Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.
Insurance on Return Items
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
